G. Taylor Goodall, Jr. joined the firm in 2007. Mr. Goodall’s practice includes representing Texas public entities and land developers on matters related to daily administration, contract negotiations, adherence to applicable state and federal laws and regulations, elections, real estate transactions, grant administration and procurement, and all aspects of bond financing at the local, state, and federal level. Mr. Goodall regularly represents clients before the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, the Texas State Office of Administrative Hearings, and the Texas Legislature. In addition, Mr. Goodall frequently advises clients on matters related to relationships and contractual obligations with various local public entities and regulatory bodies.


Mr. Goodall received his Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School in 2007. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of the South in 2004.

Professional Affiliations

Mr. Goodall was admitted to the Texas State Bar in 2007. In addition to the Texas State Bar, he is a member of the Houston Bar Association, the National Association of Bond Lawyers, and the Association of Water Board Directors, where he is a past presenter at the semi-annual conference.

Community Service and Interests

Mr. Goodall is active in his community and serves as President of the Westmoreland Civic Association.
