Mr. Reed joined Smith, Murdaugh, Little & Bonham, L.L.P. in April, 2023. He was previously an associate at an international law firm where he gained experience working on a variety of strategic transactions, including bond offerings and infrastructure projects. His practice includes public finance and administrative law.

Education

Mr. Reed earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy and History from Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi in December 2017, and his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in May 2021.

Professional Affiliations

Mr. Reed was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2021. In addition to the State Bar of Texas, he is a member of the Houston Bar Association and the National Association of Bond Lawyers.
