Mr. McNiel joined Smith, Murdaugh, Little & Bonham, L.L.P. in June, 2022. He previously worked as a litigation associate at an international law firm where he gained experience working in state and federal courts around the country. His practice includes public finance and administrative law.

Education

Mr. McNiel received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and Spanish Literature from Rice University in May 2016, and his J.D. (with Honors) from the University of Texas School of Law in May 2022.

Professional Affiliations

Mr. McNiel was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2020. In addition to the State Bar of Texas, he is a member of the Houston Bar Association and has been admitted to practice in the U. S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
