Mr. Goodall joined Smith, Murdaugh, Little & Bonham, L.L.P. in May, 2007. His practice includes serving as general counsel and bond counsel to various types of public entities, special districts, and political subdivisions of the State of Texas. General Counsel experience includes real estate law, election law, general contract negotiation and creation, ad valorem tax law, and administrative law with an emphasis on compliance with environmental laws and regulations. Bond Counsel experience includes acting as associate bond counsel and preparing necessary documentation for the proper issuance and approval of tax exempt securities. He has practiced before the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and the Texas Water Development Board.

Mr. Goodall was admitted to the Texas State Bar in 2007. In addition to the Texas State Bar, he is a member of the American Bar Association, the Houston Bar Association, the National Association of Bond Lawyers, and the Association of Water Board Directors.
Education:
Mr. Goodall received his Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School in 2007. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of the South in 2004.
Community service and interests:
Mr. Goodall is active in his Houston Heights community and as an alumnus of the University of the South. He has previously been a member of the Trees for Houston charitable organization.
